Rob's journey began in New South Wales and South Australia. He later relocated to Darwin with his young family, taking on a senior role at Pauls NT, the Coca-Cola bottler, and Pauls Dairy (now owned by San Miguel). His expertise was further recognised when he was headhunted by Berri, Australia's leading juice and beverage producer, to spearhead their international expansion into dynamic Asian markets.
Rob's entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of New Market International. This company specialised in exporting Australian products to France, China, and India. Notable achievements include introducing renowned brands like Arnotts and P&N juice products to India, facilitating the first-ever export of Australian apples to India and China, and engaging in reciprocal trade with China. This reciprocal trade involved exporting Australian dairy products and fresh fruits while sourcing FMCG products from China for export to French territories such as Réunion, New Caledonia, and Tahiti.

Chart Services extended its support to SMEs, offering services ranging from website development to bookkeeping, inbound and outbound sales, project admin management, and lead generation. Their commitment to excellent customer service earned them key partnerships with clients like Toll and Coca-Cola.
Leveraging his network in The Philippines, Rob joined forces with Tim from the UK to establish BuchelCorp Solutions in the Philippines Subic Bay Freeport Zone. This initiative provided essential business support for small enterprises and introduced the groundbreaking "overarching outsourcing" strategy. This strategy involved building client-specific teams in both Australia and the Philippines, ensuring seamless communication and minimal risk—an innovation that stands as a testament to Rob ingenuity.
Following a brief retirement, Rob responded to the demand for website services and founded B2B Websites. The guiding principle remains unchanged: assembling the best talent for each job. As Rob aptly puts it, "Smart, small businesses seek a smarter and affordable digital presence." B2B Websites leads the way in web and app development technology, including the latest webflow platform.
Rob is an active member of BNI, the world's most successful Network Organization, with over 6,500 members in Australia across 250 chapters. He serves as the Mentor Coordinator for BNI Ignite in East Brisbane and supports the region as an Ambassador for BNI.
